At Shelter Skin, we want you to feel confident in your skincare journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all gently used items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
